My father’s favorite TV show was the adventures of the Superman. The first of the TV shows adapted from the comic characters. It is all about boy who is from another planet whose parents sends him to earth in a spaceship to save his life, since their planet was getting destroyed. Then once the space ships lands on earth he is spotted by a couple, they liked him very much and took him to their home and raised him. This boy had superpower; he could fly, run fast and could lift anything and many other things. He was named Clark Kent by his Adopted parents. Then he grows on to become a Super hero, whenever there is some destruction he will stop it from happening and save the people. Therefore he was popularly known as Superman. On the other hand to not to reveal his identity he works for a newspaper company with a different get up. This series was first telecast in 1952 in black and white and later in colour for the subsequent seasons . This was the story of the favorite show of my father , I would like to see the series so I will experience the joy my father experienced .
