Just lose it….Just Do It
Well most people feel it is easy to gain something than to
just lose it through physical exercise. Let me portrait a sample flow chart of
how all this happens. First it is our basic and essential biological desire to
eat and satisfy our hunger. We also need food to live, survive and work. So the
basic need and biological need comes together to fulfill our hunger and so we
eat. But our sense of smell, taste and desire takes an equal amount of control
when it comes to tackle hunger. We get pushed towards the food we like the most
and we love the most. But unfortunately the varieties of food we like are not
so good to our well being. It is our natural biological instinct. The food that
does not taste good is very good for the body and that’s an example of a
medicine. So we have to find a way out to get this extra fat out if our system.
Many people follow many lifestyles like diet, walking, bariatric surgeon houston
